A woman sifts cornmeal to make Foofoo. A staple here, very starchy and tasteless, usually eaten along with jama jama, a tasty, slightly bitter herb like veg.

This woman moves mountains. She is the hospital Matron and has the final word on everything around here. She is strong, tough, compassionate and has a great sense of humor. She also works to forge partnerships with doctors and donors from all over the world. She is always on the move. Sr is a native of Njinikom. She has done much to improve this hospital in the last decade.

This is Leslie.
