Home Sweet Home

I arrived home today after approx 33 hrs of travel…9 hrs in a car, 3 planes.  What a fantastic experience this has been.  Carol will remain there for another 3+ weeks.  Thank you to all of you who have taken the time to be with me on this journey.  It was wonderful to feel connected to home and friends through this blog.  Much editing to do.  Please keep sending us your positive thoughts and prayers that we can turn this into something that makes a difference for the people there.  Many blessings to you.Image

Project Hope

Project Hope

Project Hope is a program here that goes into the communities, to markets and remote areas to sensitize the people to the realities of HIV/Aids. Their work has done so much to de-stigmatize the illness so that people do not feel ashamed to come out and get tested. Here at an open market, Sr Rose, Project Hope Director, speaks to the people about getting free tests done.
